A Winter Wedding at Ragley Hall

— 7th January 2021 —

On a frosty morning in late January, a team of creatives were assembled by National Wedding Planner of The Year 2020, Natalie Hewitt  with a concept set by Ragley to create and capture a bespoke winter wedding styled photo shoot.

Painting the scene

Floral installations, created by All For Love London, adorned the grand steps, underneath Ragley’s portico, making a breathtaking entrance into the Great Hall, where the fireplace of love and peace was framed with an incredible display of pink and red floral delights, contrasted perfectly with Chinoiserie vases, and duck egg blue candles.

Exotic animals, pulled from Ragley’s South Staircase Mural, strikingly paired with bold colours, prints and tassels, made up the wedding stationery suite designed by Louise Richardson.

Nearby to the top table, sat the cake stand, upon it a four tiered cake, dressed with handmade pink and red sugar flowers to compliment the floral installations within the Great Hall. Created by Caroline Debonnaire.

Natalie continued the contrasting styling of the bold pinks and reds, into the table dressings with a fine attention to detail. Utilising crockery and table wear from Just4Linen and Duchess and Butler, in a daring way to make a vibrant clash of colours that really brought the arrangement to life.

Our beautiful bride Nour, wears two gowns from designer Inbal Dror, the first a full pearl bodice, with a satin skirt and full veil, the second a sheer, fitted lace number, with exaggerated bishop sleeves. For the evening reception, Nour switches it up into a little party number with a low back and feather detail, designed by Mira Zwillinger.

All three dresses, were beautifully accompanied with the finest jewels, diamonds and tiaras supplied by Pragnell Fine Jewellery,   Botias,a luxury bridal service, provided the hair and make-up styling for our Bride and Groom,  Nour and Antonio.

Nour and Antonio, then headed to our Vaulted Halls to get the party into full swing, where they were prepared a delightful array of cocktails by The Mixology Brothers.

At the end of the night, Nour and Antonio made their great escape in a vintage car, supplied by Barry James, through a runway of fireworks, and an accompanying display provided by MLE Pyrotechnics.
