Setting the stage at Ragley

Over the years Ragley has been the outdoor stage for a huge collection of performers, ranging from Tom Jones, Il Divo and Michael Ball to Status Quo, The Sugababes, and Jools Holland. Ragley has also welcomed large-scale theatre productions of Much Ado about Nothing, Alice Through The Looking Glass and The Importance of Being Earnest.

During the summer, Ragley is a crowd favourite for picnic style concert events: a perfect opportunity to enjoy an evening in the summer sun, with a glass of prosecco in hand, unwinding by the lakeside, whilst you listen to your favourite musical genre.

Alternatively, Ragley also makes for an incredible al fresco arena space for thousands of screaming fans waiting to experience their favourite artists headlining an outdoor venue tour.

With the five different, adaptable event spaces to help you design multiple stages, event villages and on-site camping, Ragley is ready for a fully immersive, festival experience.

Bringing your event to life

Located within 9 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, many of the great playwright’s works have been performed and brought to life within the parkland of Ragley Hall. From the whimsical comedy of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, to the tragic love story of Romeo & Juliet, the open-air theatrical performances hosted at Ragley have given audiences the opportunity to leave the confines of a theatre and let their imaginations run wild in the picturesque setting.

For outdoor events, Ragley holds a premises license for an audience capacity of 9,999 guests, however organisers regularly work with Stratford District Council to gain their own license with higher capacities for the delivery of events.

For smaller scale, more intimate productions or perhaps ‘An Evening with…’ style concerts, dinner experiences, performances and speeches, The Great Hall can hold up to 220 guests.

Our dedicated HGV entrance into the estate gives great access for production and artist vehicles, as well as having multiple entrances to ensure the guest experience runs effortlessly from start to finish. With easy access to Birmingham, Coventry and London as well as neighbouring Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa, there is also the ability to arrange coach pick up & drop offs on site for attendees.
