LoungeFest 25
LoungeFest is the annual staff party for the hospitality company Loungers. This festival, which started in 2013, is a day-long celebration for all employees that features fairground rides, DJs, live music, food, and drinks. It has grown significantly and in 2025 was held at Ragley Hall.
Numbered in several thousands, the Loungers employees enjoyed a day off with fairground rides, DJs, live bands, games, workshops, and free food and drinks and the theme for 2025 being “The Movies”.
To add to the atmosphere, employees were encouraged to wear theme related fancy dress such as Ghostbusters, Disney Princesses, T Birds and Pink Ladies or Beetlejuice characters. It’s no surprise that the event was enjoyed by all!
Ragley was able provide all the infrastructure required to make this a very successful event, with the organisers providing very positive feedback.
