The Ragley Estate owns a wide range of residential, commercial, and agricultural property.
Approximately 100 Estate houses are let, along with farms, grazing land, offices and sporting rights. These are all managed and maintained by the in-house Property Management team based at the Ragley Estate.

Tenancy Application Fees
In order to process an application, we conduct a credit check on each applicant over the age of 18. There is no administration fee, however, we will ask for five week’s rental payments in advance of signing a Tenancy Agreement.
All rental agreements will commence on a six-month initial short-hold tenancy.
Please note that these checks do not guarantee that a tenancy will be offered, and the first month’s rent will be payable upon commencement of the tenancy.
